It says my account doesn't exist?

Accounts are created with the email you used at checkout. A method to check what email was used at checkout is using the Forgot Password option on the login screen. If it still cannot find your email, please contact us.

I did not receive an email?

First, wait up to 5 minutes. Next, check your spam folder. Lastly, make sure you check the email you used at checkout. If you have any other issues, contact us to change the email.

It says I made too many requests to reset my password?

If you did not request a password reset and you think this is a mistake, please contact us to get this fixed.

How can I change the email on my account?

Currently, the only way to change your email is to contact us with the email you need to update it to.


How do I subscribe?

To start using Smodin, visit the pricing page at Choose your preferred currency (default is USD) and select the desired subscription plan. If you don't have an account, sign up. Proceed to complete the payment, and you're all set to begin using Smodin!

Where can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, head to the account page and find the "subscription" tab. Once there, simply click on the "cancel subscription" button at the bottom of the page. Your current subscription will remain active until the next billing date.

When can I cancel?

Any time! If you only want Smodin for one month, after you sign up, click the cancel subscription button. Your account will end at your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Digital products cannot be returned. We offer a free version of the same product so you can try it out before you subscribe.

Can I switch payment currencies?

No. You will need to create a new subscription in the new currency.

Charged the wrong amount?

You may have paid in USD instead of your native currency. Our pricing page does not show tax or include tax calculations until you get to checkout.


Rewriter, Translator, Author, or Plagiarism Checker Not Working?

First, try again; sometimes, a single request can fail. Sometimes we have downtime up to 1 hour. If the issue persists, please contact us, and we will fix the issue as soon as possible.

Other applications are not working?

Most of our other applications run entirely on your machine. If they are not working, try upgrading your browser. If they still are not working, please contact us.

Do you save my text content?

No. We keep user data private; therefore, we do not save your text content or send it to third parties. Your text content disappears after you refresh the page.
